Quick read that reminded me of the You've Got Mail movie with Meg Ryan & Tom Hanks. I enjoyed the characters, but found some of the twitter conversations to be very corny, LOL.

If this was the first Picoult book I read, I probably would have given it a more than average grade. I have high expectations for her books because I loved House Rules, Change of Heart and Handle With Care and the can't-turn-the-pages-fast-enough-feeling from reading those books.

I was disappointed because I found the storyline to be very predictable and hoped for a shocking ending with unexpected twists and turns throughout. I don't want to post spoilers, so I will just say that: Max acted as I anticipated throughout the story, Lucy's part of the story was obvious from the beginning, Vanessa/Zoe/Max's secrets were not hard to figure out, the court case and ending were very predictable. I also didn't find it very realistic for someone recently divorced to get married again after only 5 months of being in a new relationship.

I did enjoy Zoe's mother being very unique and reading the music therapy sessions Zoe had with her clients. The struggles of infertility and strain on couples relationships was well-written. I really enjoy Picoult's writing style and the story being told from different characters point of view. I will continue to read her novels and look forward to her next release Lone Wolf!

A really sweet YA series that is a spin-off to The Immortals Series. I think 12 yr old Riley's character is really fun and continues to shine! On her adventures she is always finding trouble, but remains true to herself. I am looking forward to the next book Dreamland in September and Whisper in 2012.

I enjoyed this sequel more than the Witch & Wizard. The characters are evolving as they fight against the New Order and "The One Who is the One" and it has more action in this story. I think this YA series is better than his Daniel X series.

Enjoyable YA novel of Green's journey coping with the loss of her family.

I enjoyed the characters and storyline in book one of the Elena Estes series. However, I felt the pacing became slow in the middle and dragged at times. The beginning and ending of the story was well-written. As far as the suspense, it was predictable who the "bad guys" were because of clues early in the plot. My favorite book I have read by Tami Hoag so far is Ashes to Ashes. I will read more by this author.

I read 90 pages of the book and decided not to finish reading it for the monthly book club read. I found the pacing of the story to be very slow and I personally never felt pulled into the plot. The only character I was interested in was Jerzy and I quickly became bored with how slowly he was progressing with his training. The writing was too descriptive and repetitive regarding daily tasks which I found to be distracting. I have heard that the story has more action in the second half of the book for readers who try out this series. I may try another one of her books in the future if the recommendation comes from family or friends.

I absolutely loved the characters and it was full of surprises, and heartwarming. It really reminds me of Nicholas Sparks. But I enjoyed that the author was able to write from the Female POV so beautifully! I will definately be reading more by him.

I really tried to enjoy this book, but I could not get past Part 1. It seemed like a chore to read the book...I found the writing style to be too descriptive and did not feel any connection to the characters. I never felt "pulled into the story." I was really looking forward to reading this author too.

I really enjoy the interactions between the characters in this series; however the storyline is becoming very predictable as the series has progressed. The chemistry between the couples is well written. Stark continues to be my favorite character. I am surprised this series is still being considered YA due to the sexual content at times which bothers me when I see pre-teens reading these books.

Without spoiling the story too much: I am really getting to the point where I wish a certain character stayed deceased. I never really liked the character and don't think it is necessary to the plot. It is very "Soap Opera." My biggest issue with this book is that the authors are using the word "bullpoopie" way too much!

I am looking forward to reading Destined in November and getting to know one of the characters connected to Stevie Rae better.
