I can't remember if I mentioned this in one of your posts or not, but you really should check out 'The Book Thief.' It's fiction, but it's incredible. It's about a teenage girl's experience in the Holocaust, though she herself is not Jewish; her family is hiding a Jew instead. The best part is that the book is narrated by Death.

(I just finished grading your book review, which is how I got to thinking about more recommendations : )

I havnt seen the movie but the trailer looks pretty similar. I think the way he wrote the book makes it sound really emotionless and it seems boring but its basically look like the same thing. I liked it because I got passed the "boringness" and I liked the message, you might if you really liked the movie but it is strictly a political book.
