I hope you will take the time to view my YouTube book trailer at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q-t0K34iU6g. I am doing some research about potential characters to play the lead role in the upcoming movie. Hope you can help me out. As Ralph Eggleston Director/Production Designer of Pixar Animation Studios said,
"I LOVED the book! It's a missing, ENDLESSLY fascinating link to the history of Hollywood. Thank you for researching and writing it!! I hope it's been widely well received, as it deserves to be." Best wishes. Gaelyn

You have some interesting books I've added to my "to read" list - darn it. I thought two boxes of unread books was enough. Hope you and yours are all well. Marcie

Hi Anna, obviously there aren't too many books for you. I've posted everything I've read so far (I think). One book I really enjoyed, not a mystery, nor a fantasy, is Ivan Doig's "The Whistling Season." It's just a good story without murder or mayhem and happens to be set in Montana, my home state, so I may be partial. Another Montana novel, it's short and an easy read, is Montana 1948. It sounds like it was so long ago when you read it, but it is during my lifetime and points out many things I never understood as a child. Other than those, about everything else is another of a series of one sort or another. I've been sorting books out, have about five big boxes of "keepers" and two of "unread" books. I'm not safe around library book sales. Too bad you're so far away, I'd ship you some of the books. As it is, I've just sent my sister two boxes - at least most of them are just paperbacks so they didn't cost a fortune. I just saw "The Golden Compass" and have the book on my iPod, but haven't listened to it yet. I thoroughly enjoyed the movie. I also enjoyed "The Bone Collector" by Jeffrey Deaver. I hadn't realized it until I started it that I had seen the movie - and of course, pictured Denzel Washington all the way through the book. And for once, I had started with the first book of a series. May you, your family and furry friends all have a Merry Christmas and a great '08. Marcie

Yeah...Belgium is pretty far away. Lol. Well, I guess I could beg my parents to take me there sometime, and it would just...happen...to be during the fair! Maybe that wouldn't work so well, though. Oh, just a random question...is Belgium a nice country? I want to visit there sometime.

Hello AnnaP, and thank you for the invitation. Cats and mysteries, two good things to have in common! Not to mention dragons, Tolkien and Asterix!
May I ask what your first language is? I have some dear friends in Belgium, both French and Flemish-speaking, and cat-breeders like myself.
