I haven't really read anything lately that was great or that you would probably like. But as far as suggestions goes, how about these: Lightning by Dean Koontz, Deperation by Stephen King, Glass Castle by Jeannette Walls, Witch of Blackbird Pond (children's book). I'm kinda open to most kinds, I love a good story, especially if I learn something, but the book has to be written well for me to enjoy it. I like to end a book feeling good or feeling blown away by the experience. My dirty secret is that I LOVE crime fiction...I love a good 'who done it'! But I like regular novels too, I really liked The Glass Castle (true story) and Fair and Tender Ladies (southern). I used to read a lot of Stephen King, but haven't lately. I'm also a sucker for a good story like the James Herriot series as long as they are not sappy. I recently read and liked The Black Dahlia (true crime but fiction book) and Darkly Dreaming Dexter (they made a TV series out of that). And thanks again for the invite, feel free to invite me again, but I may not join. Have a good week.
