Excellent! From page one, the reader can relate these believable characters. It hits all emotions, making one want to laugh out loud, cry and feel frustrated. Stockett keeps you wondering what will happen next, which is a true tell of a good story.

A highly intellectual look at creating your life's possibilities. It's one of those books to own so you can take notes and go back after a few months or years to reread. It's a book that inspires you to want to make your life better.

As a teacher who has left a chaotic middle school, this book was so inspiring. It was full of practical discipline measures, inspiring leadership, and overall hope for our school systems.

If you want a book filled with adventure, steamy love scenes and humor, this book is for you. The setting is a circus, yet the themes are universal. Take time to read before watching the movie...it's worth it!

I was so excited to read this book, since it had to do with Poe, but I couldn't even finish it. It was such a hard read and even harder to follow the sequence of events. So much for the Poe Shadow.

Chuck full of similes and metaphors. Flashes between present and past. Adventurous. It was decent.

If you don't like blood and guts, don't read this. King starts off right away with action and mayham and it continues throughout. I think I was shell-shocked after reading this and turned to nonfiction for a while.

This is one of King's best. He's stays true to the mystery genre and keeps you guessing the whole way through.

This will be the review for all the Dark Tower Series----just read them! They're fabulous! I love them all. King's style changes throughout the books due to them being writing over the course of many years, but just a great adventure. Once into the series, around book 5, you can skim some of the more detailed passages. But by the final book you'll want to soak in every detail and not want it to end--and boy, what an ending it is!

My second favorite book, not including all the King ones. It was a fabulously weaved story of a girl trying to understand herself. Maybe not so much for the guys, but a great read nonetheless.
