I'm a novelist who started a neighborhood book club just so I'd be FORCED to read for pleasure each month! I read tons of books for research (things that probably wouldn't interest the average person), so most of the books I list here will be books our book club has read or recommended. We've actually read a lot more than what you see on my shelf, but I don't want to list the ones we found less-than-thrilling. :-) « less
