Dude, Andy. Okay, so the truth is, I didn't really think I was gonna like dishwasher. I usually HATE that kinda book. Travelogue books often annoy me, it's difficult to pinpoint one reason why. But often the humor in the books is too predictable and obvious. The books usually have random facts woven in them that I find boring and pointless. But THIS book was clearly written by a punk. But books by punks often annoy me! They are all "Woo! Look at me! I'M SO GODDANG PUNK RAWK! WOO! DID YOU KNOW I LIKE PUNK MUSIC? YEAH! PUNK SHOWS! I'M TUFF! AND DRUNK!" And I end up wanting to rip the book in half and pretend it's the author I'm destroying. But I freakin' loved Dishwasher! The radical-dishwashing-history was awesome! The jokes actually made me laugh! Out Loud! LOL even! And he went to a bunch of the cities I've gone to (even worked at a restaurant I've been to!) He was punk enough that I could relate but not so over-the-top-hey-did-you-know-i'm-a-punk that he annoyed me.

Dude. I really liked that book! Thanks man! (PS yes I am already done with it.)
