    “I'm struck about how much of what I have read so far focuses on economic decision making. I am hoping other parts of the book talk more about social change.”

    “Some of the concepts are very good - one of my favorite being the idea of triads (working less with people one-on-one and more with groups that not only help achieve the short term objective but also help build relationships).

    The description and emphasis of the 5 stages of development and their value did not resonate very strongly with me even though I think the ideas were sound. That being said, I'd like to take another look at this while being in a transitional phase from one organization to another and trying to find ways to elevate my new tribe.”
