We all have different reasons why we read - it might be for learning, relaxing, inspiration or just for fun. I find Shelfari a good way to share my impressions on the books that I read and discover new stuff from others.

As Sir Richard Steele said, "Reading is to the mind what exercise is to the body." Probably this is the reason I need to read - in order to exercise my mind; not to mention it is a pleasurable practice.

And it is always rewarding to read a book that makes you ask yourself a few questions afterwards.

Same as coffee, a book/ piece of reading is best enjoyed when shared with others.
So, if you feel strongly about recommending me a book, whether it is belletristic or business, please drop a line :-)
