“I've read this twice now, and I liked it even better the second time around. I love Meyer's ability to completely throw you headlong into the minds of her main characters. She has a way of making you feel as though you're living the story yourself - even if the story is about a human sharing a mind with a tiny bug from outer-space. As silly and far-fetched as that concept sounds, Meyer manages to tell a poignant tale about the nature of the human soul. This novel had me constantly thinking about the connection between mind, body and spirit. Are we ruled by our emotions and hormones, or are we more than that? And, as always, Meyer brings the point back to love, which I believe she would agree is the most important thing in life. When all is said and done, this book will leave you feeling lucky to be human.”
