I guess that I put the Double Bind back down for a reason. Thanks. New England is beautiful this time of year! Hope that you can come out soon. I just had a friend of mine, she's 28 so I could be her Mom stay for a few days up in the yoga room and it was so much fun. She was so relaxed that she slept until 10 and took a nap in the afternoon. She was on her way to move to North Carolina to meet up with her boyfriend. I will miss her. We all fell in love with her and wanted to adopt her into the family. The conversations at night after yoga class were a riot!
