I am an aspiring author. I just finished my first book. It's the first one in the series, called "The Immortals Saga".

These books started back in 2004, but I suffered from severe writer's block so they got set aside for a long time. I'm hoping to see that baby in print very very soon. And if all goes well, you will too.

    Well it is an art site, but it is for all different types. I will admit most are pictures or drawing types some are writing. The writers on there are a pretty smaller group and not as known as the pretty pictures.

    Ah, I have been a member for four years. I post all my writing there. It is a pretty fun way to meet other people and get comments, but occasionally I usually will only get feedback from watchers, not from others. Which is slightly annoying but I got over it a while ago.

    I wish you luck. And if it doesn't work out with this publisher, absolutely try submitting your book to another. I got turned down by the first 2 I tried, but for me it was lucky #3.

    Sounds interesting. Is Madeline the hybrid vampire or is Leo?

    My book is about is about a girl named Tara who only wanted a fun night out dancing with her boyfriend. Getting killed was certainly the last thing she ever expected and waking up three days later as a vampire was the last thing she ever wanted. As Tara struggles with her death and new unlife, she also becomes involved in a hunt for a vicious serial killer. During her own investigation into the killings, she meets Tom Duncan, fellow vampire and lead agent of the Preternatural Investigation Agency, who is not at all amused at what he considers to be her interference. However, the serial killer soon takes notice of Tara and is intrigued, forcing her to work together with Tom and the rest of the agency to stop the murders.
