I am fairly certain that given a cape & a nice tiara, I could save the world.

Lifelong bookworm, retired teacher who's given up the classroom for puttering in the gardens, traveling with hubby, and reading as much as possible. My tastes can be described as eclectic, with strong pulls toward fantasy and historical fiction.

I tend to refuse most friendship requests unless I have met and chatted with you in a group. I'm not interested in racking up huge totals of friends here. Instead, I enjoy chatting and discussing books with friendly, interesting people.

And one more thing...I truly, really, absolutely don't give a flying flip if you ask me for a reading recommendation. Do your own homework.
