hi can we be frds
Letz take some mud from the moon and with it carve two statues: one yours, and the other mine. Then letz break these statues and mix the mud left by these broken statues and re-carve two statues: one yours, the other mine. Thus some of Me will remain in you, and some of You will remain in Me.
First of all thanks for adding me to your friends' list. To start with, our group SYREDOM has initiated a discussion on art versus creativity (inborn capacity). Your input in it would strengthen the group. Without you our group is nothing. So welcome to join our group Syredom by initiating to be its member and giving your precious comments on the on-going discussion. M.Syre.
HiMay i have the pleasure of getting a place in your friend(s) list ?
Wow, that sounds nice and varied for a career. I'm in art school, so I get a varied curriculum, too. Do you like being a teacher (professor?)? I don't draw/write graphic novels, because i'm too busy with getting my business up. but it's a dream of mine and i keep it close, so i won't find myself 90 years old, saying "oh, I wish I had done this and that" (not that getting to be 90 is bad per say :D). I'm still in the middle of "Chronicles of Tao". It's really long and I read so slow... it's interesting, though. I started to get interested in eastern religions, so I swiped this one off my spouse's shelf. It's apparently a true story about one of the contemporary masters of Tao. It's a bit dry, dramatically, but it's an entertaining way to learn about taoism, which was what I was looking to do in the first place.

Hi there, only just got around to reading responses to my posts! Love to talk to you about creativity theory. There's actually a stack of info on musicians and creativity - my father did his PhD on Csikszentmihalyi and songwriters (yeah, yeah, it's all in the family!). I can pass on some references if you're interested.
i'm biased, but i thought your sentence was by far the best one :)
you're most welcome.
Thanks for the welcome.....look forward to CREATIVITY postings!!...Pam
As a teacher of poetry, i would love your input on how i could improve this recent poem. i am also sending it so you get some sense of what i expect a poem to look like:Sun on the old Tile Walls The way the sun comesThrough my bathroom windowThe way the light plays On the old tile wallsThe hum of the neighbor'sAir conditioner in the eveningMakes me think of ten thousand nightsI have heard that soundAnd I feel like I haveSpent my life in FloridaI wonder if after allI am becoming a tropical manAll sun and rainy afternoonsNo frosts and icy puddlesLeft in my memoriesNo cool September mornsJust green grass in DecemberAnd sun on the old tile walls.Anthony Watkins8/28/07
