“Good story that should have been more fully developed as to characters, events, even places and dogs.

A big HOWEVER, editing was deplorable. Spelling, sentence structure, present/past tense, first, second, and third party. This book is a mess!”

“This book held on to my heart, rooting for good to triumph over evil, for good people to get the reward they deserved. It was one soul reaching for another, but afraid to grab the gold ring, afraid they would not be able to live up to their potential. With Mattie running in fear for her life and Zeke withholding his feelings from the world, it seemed that each had nothing to offer the other. This book kept me engrossed and entertained, was well developed and fast moving. Yes, I'd read it or buy it again.”
