Ever since you've been back, I haven't been grading your poems on your blogs. I now expect them to be library submissions. When you were absent, I didn't put your points on the 'class list'. I automatically posted them to the House Points discussion to make it easier. There is one list that Anna and I put points on. I only put the names of people who have earned points, because if Anna doesn't put them on the spreadsheet, I copy/paste them in the House Points. However, there is another. And that one just has the library numbers. So the people who ask for a library number choose a number, then I put their name and number on the list. I don't have a class list, because it's not really a class.

Hopefully that clears it up. ;)

Ash, I've always been honest with you. I'm honest with everybody in the library.

::shakes head:: I don't grade a poem on whether I like it or not. I base it on length, complexity, vocabulary, and whether I feel the student tried his or her best. I don't give less points to people I don't like. I think you've misunderstand. The post you're probably thinking of is one of Rachel's. I gave her less points because of two reasons. A) I felt it was much like a scene in New Moon. B) She broke rules so I added up her story and the points I deducted for her breaking a rule, and posted how much or how little points I was giving her for her 2 acts.

I'm not exactly sure with the first suggestion, but I do love the 2nd one. I feel sad for people who don't get comments on their poems when others get dozens. I'll be happy to announce your 2nd suggestion when I re-open the library. :)
