I mostly read books that inspire me whether it be applied to my art, my life, or my spirituality. I mostly read novels when I am in the pool (floating - not swimming!) those tend to be mystery suspense type novels (I like a bit of a dark twist).

The things I treasure most in my life are my husband and son and the canine members of the family. I enjoy gardening, enjoying the beauty of the outdoors, music, learning, and art - I love stamping, paper arts, and scrapbooking. I have enjoyed art ever since I can remember.

When I was a little kid I used to bring books to bed with me instead of stuffed toys. I got in trouble hundreds of times for reading books under the cover with a flashlight, the light from an alarm clock - I even pretended to be afraid of the dark so I could have a night light in my room, I would huddle next to it so I could read!

I spend my work week in the operating, while running a rubber stamp business from my home. « less
