Happiness walks on busy feet. I know a little something about that. But even with the crazy spin we call motherhood, I slip books and reading into my daily living. Books are a form of information, inspiration, and relaxation!! I love to curl up with a good book. What is better than that? Except adding a quality piece of chocolate!
I'm a huge believer in reading aloud to children. Children's Literature is delightful! I enjoy the art, the simple text, and tales. "Everything I need to know I learned in children's books." A believe every parent should sink their teeth into Jim Trelease's book, "The Read-Aloud Handbook." It is an amazing guide to reading aloud as well as incredibly motivating.
