Hi Angelia, just getting back in the groove after being on a nice stay-cation! I just finished Adrienne Byrd's 2nd installation of the Man of Fate series which was Donavan's story (not so hot). I'm re-reading the Law of Desire by Gwyneth Bolton featuring the Hightower's. Looks like a rainy weekend here in Columbus, OH so I guess it'll be a weekend of reading for me! Have a nice weekend.
I really loved Intimate Seduction because Donovan & Natalie really got to know each other and there wasn't a lot of misunderstangs, long drawn out denials that makes a book boring.
Hi Angelia, I finally got my copy and finished it but I really didn't enjoy it. To me the characters were a little too different, they never did seem to mesh well even with their child included. I was a little disappointed. Maybe because I had my heart set on finishing the Strong series. I don't know.

He knew that his time remaining there was brief and he could continue this practice somewhere else. This was his time to savor the self-induced, companion-until-death torment brought about by events which had happened before and could not be changed. This was his time to not only enjoy the companionship of hope for tomorrow, but also to flog himself with memories and guilt for things that he had been instrumental in bringing to existence. He had to torture himself for what he had done or for what he had not done. With an almost painful enjoyment, Tige watched the single line of gray smoke from his cigarette and recalled the days past. He watched the ashes fall off like expended days gone by.
