I like to think of myself as an avid reader. My favorite genres include romance, drama, and fantasy. My book shelf at home consists mainly of manga, which if you haven't read any yet, I highly recommend you start. I don't really like autobiographies or biographies for that matter. I am trying to expand my range of books, so if anyone has read a... more »

I have read this book at least once a year since 3rd grade. I can never seem to get sick of it. Unfortunately, I do believe that it has lost some of its charm since then, but it will always be a classic in my eyes.

I read this freshmen year and I didn't really like it. I mean, it wasn't bad, it just wasn't all that good. Plus, it seems when I have to read a book in school, I like it less.

Ok, let's face it, the movie pretty much sucked. But the book is still the same. So if you haven't read the book yet, but you saw the movie, trust me, the book is ten times better. Great suspense novel. Don't let it's size intimidate you, it's a extremely fast read once you get into it.

I actually read this book after reading the Da Vinci Code. In comparison, the Da Vinci Code is better, but Dan Brown does a great job of making you want to turn the page. Anyone who has read the Da Vinci Code, needs to read this book.

This has to be one of the more emotional books I have read. Being that it is a true story, makes it all the sadder. If you are looking for a tearjerker, look no further. I loved this book and it's a short read, so I would recommend it to just about anyone. (Plus there is a lot of information on the Chinese culture.)

This is one of my favorite books, mainly because of the point of view. Having the reader experience the story from the dead daughter's point of view just made the book into a hit. It was great to see how someone else perceives heaven. I cannot wait to see the movie.

I can't begin to tell you how much I love this book. His look on what heaven must be like is so unique and different that it made me think. I love who his people are, how they all connect, and the lessons of each. You must read this.

Absolutely loved this book! Definitely a classic. I read it awhile ago, and it's still on my shelf at home to read again. There are just so many great quotes and lessons in it. Plus, it doesn't hurt that it is a short read.

Knocked Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows out of the top sellers list. YEAH!! Not as good as the other two, but still worth reading. I can't wait for the next one to come out.

I had to run to the store the moment I finished reading Twilight. The first chapters I felt like my heart was about to be ripped out of my chest. If you have already read Twilight you don't need to have any more explination for reading this book than that it is the sequel to Twilight. My favorite of the series so far.
