Umm, I really don't know what I am doing here in a "BOOK-WORM" portal - I am no great reader of books! In fact, I almost NEVER read pure ficture - I find them quite tedious, usually. The little that I do read is mostly non-fiction that deals with specific interests of mine - and maybe a few authors, like Thomas Mann, whose writing has a deffinitively PHILLOSOPHICAL backdrop.
Anyway, a friend invited me to join this portal, so here I am.
I'm an artist / art-teacher, though I am presently stuck at a pretty drab job, as the maintanance manager of a developement project in rural West Bengal, India. « less
