I'm reading Salem Falls right now by Jodi Picoult. I have read a few of her other books and I really like her writing style. Have you read anything by her? I can recommend "My Sister's Keeper" and "Nineteen Minutes".

I have not read Lorrie Moore is she any good? I have read many books this summer such as "A Thousand Splendid Suns", "Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows", "One More Day", "The House On Mango Street", "The Quickie", "Picture Perfect","On Chesil Beach",Nicole Brown Simpson: The Private Diary of a Life Interrupted, "90 Mnutes In Heaven", "Music For Torching", "Speak"....just to mention a few :)
