Hi! Wow you have a lot of books! Just dropped in to tell you that The Gargoyle is really an exceptional book. I wouldn't classify it as paranormal. It's a love story but like nothing I've ever read. It is already a favorite of mine and the characters have become so real to me that I'm already preparing to miss them when it's over. It's such an enchanting tale. I don't know what kinds of books you enjoy but I recommend at least a chapter or two to see if you like the author's style. I think you'll love the story. Borders is already having trouble keeping it in stock.

If you like vampires, some romance scenes, and have read the first novel. I'm uncertain of what to make of it since I read the second without reading the first and started reading another genre.

Vampires, Witches & Were’s all that
would like to invite you to participate in the ABC contest starting on July 1, 2008.
I will post a thread that has the letters of the ABC's list, then start your own thread for example mine would be Sherry's ABC's and list the books that you read with those letters has the first letter in any title of book, it doesn't have to be in the genre either. Each person will be responsible for sending me their points via the group email at vampireswitchesweresallthat@yahoo.com. For every book you read during the time period (until the next letters are posted) you will receive 10 points in the email you must list the title, author, and pages so that if there is tie, we will use page count to break the tie. Everyone is eligible to win, even admin's as a third party will be keeping track of the points for me...so post the books you read...I will post the first letters on July 1.

    As always happy reading..
Show me the books he loves and I shall know the man
far better than through mortal friends.

More exciting news at the Suspense & Thrillers Group…as you might already know that Keith Katsikas, author of “2060: The Newton Prophecies” will be leading a discussion on his book. We don’t have a date set up yet, but will in a couple of weeks.

In the meantime, Amanda Stevens, author of THE DOLLMAKER, has also agreed to lead the discussion for May’s Group Read, which is THE DOLLMAKER. I’m really excited as this is something new and might become a new trend with our group discussions. If you’ve already read the book, come join us. If not, see if you can grab a copy. There’s still time as the discussion won’t begin until the first week of May.

Dear VJay: As a member of the Shelfari Suspense and Thriller book group, you may be interested in looking for my debut novel, HUNTING THE KING, coming in April. Here are the details:
HUNTING THE KING is a fast-paced page-turner that follows archaeologist Molly O'Dwyer into war torn Iraq in search of the remains of Jesus. ForeWord Magazine says: "Fans of intellectual thrillers and historical fiction will find a worthy new voice in Clenott. His best invention may be Molly O’Dwyer, a genuinely likeable heroine who more than holds her own in a man’s world. An ambitious scientist, she is also an observant Catholic whose heart and mind don’t always agree. Given such an auspicious start, the sequel can't come too soon."

While the book isn't available until April, you can find it on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Kunati Books and other googleable sites. You won't be disappointed.

To get a good sense of how exciting the novel is check out the heartpounding trailer for the book at http://www.kunati.books/hunting-the-king-peter-clenott/. Or you can view it on YouTube or my web site at www.peterclenott.com. Let me know what you think. Thanks.
