You've not much to tell about yourself? I don't believe that! The fact that you're from Romania alone sounds intriguing! Anyway, although it's quite some time I' read 'Perfume', I still remember that I did like it a lot. Full of suspense! There's been even a film about it on t.v.! So, where're you waiting for!

Forgive me for not responding sooner to your question, family and work keep me very busy. "Geralds Game" is a great book, but it does have some slow spots in it. You also need to be aware that this book is tied in with Kings' other book "Dolores Claiborne". There are brief mentions of a specific time referring to "Dolores Claiborne" that King will call your attention to in "Geralds Game". Each book has several referrances to one another, so you will need to pay close attention or you might miss it. I recommend that you read "Dolores Claiborne" first then "Geralds Game". I believe it will make more sense to you in that order. Both are great books! Enjoy! Thanks for asking me.

hey..just discovered you request for recommendation..
The count of monte cristo is a very intereseting read. However, if you don't want to read a whole thick book, Go for any of the bridged classics. You'll love it.

I personally consider Dan Brown a talented and great writer although many disagree with me. As for The Da Vinci Code, yes you will feel it is difficult at times to catch your breath with the strong flow of facts and fiction coming from here and there . What I did was conducting a thorough research on the Internet on several things while reading. It was amazingly enriching. My advice: Do not watch the movie before you read the novel

I am sure you must have got a lot of "Yes" by now. I'm adding one more. If you love a good read and nice plots then I would say "Yes". My advise though is don't take the plot too seriously as it weaves between fiction and non-fiction.

da vinci code is suspenseful but it's difficult to distinguish b/w fact and fiction. but it is a great read nonetheless. but try umberto eco's focoult's pendulum. it's better than da vinci code and more direct in it's purpose..
