There are few life circumstances that cannot be improved by the addition of chocolate and coffee.

When in doubt, wear red.

People often wonder if I have actually read all the books I own. Don't be ridiculous. I have a job and a life.

Why do I keep buying them then? I'm stocking up for retirement. It's never too...more »

Am duel reading a Teddy Roosevelt bio and Churchill. Finished reading a novel called Shardik written by Richard Adams, who wrote my favorite novel Watership Down. Sorely disappointed.
What are your reading projects? Any keepers or stinkers?

    Hi Tembi,
Pardon my tardiness. The book Atlas Shrugged is according to me the greatest novel ever written. It portrays man as Hero. It gives concrete form to the philosophy of objectivism. It is a very heavy book written to enlighten people to the only philosophy that is right for man. If you like heavy stuff. You will like it. It is not a book for the frivolous.
    Regards
    Yazdy.

I'll have to borrow some of those medieval history books. Haven't read those. Passage to India is a curious read but Forester beats Forster any day of the week in terms of British Empire novels.
