Here's some random facts about me:

I'm a new mom, a bad gardener, an experimental chef. Definately a foodie, really not patient at all. A practiced world traveler, a good one, but still not a comfortable one. I'm an aspiring fashionista with dreams of becoming a true shoe connoisseur.
I speed read, unless the words are beautiful. I feel no guilt in dropping a book half way through. (Sometimes I do that because the book is too gorgeous to process all at once. Sometimes just because they suck.) I do choose books based on cover design. (Heck, I'm an artist and I have an appreciation for fellow purveyors of the craft. Millions of designers and marketers are out there trying to attract a specific buyer to a specific book...it could be just right for me.) I like paranthesises and semicolons.
I used to raise snails, now I want to scuba dive. Tomorrow I want to open my own used bookstore. « less
