Wilde's only novel is relatively good. Classic Wilde with plenty of quote-able lines and interesting sayings. The story side takes awhile to develop and slow to move forward but payoff in the end is well worth it.

The book is both an interesting plot, as well as an interesting narrative. Both of which, work for the book. Its often these days to read a book that seems interesting due to the cover comments, but really is written so badly its undreadable. Aside from not being as comical as promoted, Dexter thankfully avoids this stereotype and ends up being a satisfying novel.

Seems to be confused if its a simple satire or more of a social commentary. Not a great book, nor a bad one. Porbably wouldn't recommend it to others, unless they were interested in the topics presented in the novel.

This first and only (so far) Moore book so far, and it was pretty good. Very funny with plenty of references to keep every type of reader entertained.

As a male, at times the novel seemed pretty hard to connect and relate to. Still though, an incredible story and well-worth the read.

Not quite the worth follow-up you'd expect from the author of "A Million Little Pieces", but nevertheless a welcome sequel. The story as you'd expect focuses a lot on "Leonard" and is almost an epilogue to Frey's rehab. In comparison to his earlier effort, the book seems just mediocre in everyway. If you loved "A Million Little Pieces", it worth a read, otherwise I'd just skip it, as you’re not missing anything.

Interesting story of a man's journey into the Congo. Seems to move pretty slow throughout the entire novel, but towards the end it starts to come together. Not great, but not terrible.

Regardless if this is a piece of fiction or nonfiction, the book is wonderfully written, although I can see how it would be easily annoying to others. The narrative is pretty good and gave me insight into the mind of a recovering addict.

A bit on the boring and tedious side, but nevertheless a decent look into the college application process.

The classic novel by Fitzgerald is a beautifully crafted time piece describing the many differences between the rich and poor. Still a highly relevant book filled with great imagery and symbolism.
