Siryn

The books I've listed I have read, though I've only hung onto a few of them. I use to keep them ALL. Then a couple of years ago I found a book that someone had left laying around in the hospital. It was The Summons by John Grisham. I'd never read anything of his, though I'd seen the movies. So I took it and read it. In the front cover there was... more »

Dear Siryn: What if authors wrote one chapter, left the work on a bench, and the next person came along and wrote the second chapter, and so forth. I wonder how the book would come out. My debut novel, HUNTING THE KING, is coming out in April. You won't find it lying around anywhere yet. Hopefully, you won't find it in a trash can at Papa Gino's when it does come out. As a member of the Suspense book group, you might be interested in it. I hope so. Here are the details:

HUNTING THE KING is a fast-paced page-turner that follows archaeologist Molly O'Dwyer into war torn Iraq in search of the remains of Jesus. ForeWord Magazine says: "Fans of intellectual thrillers and historical fiction will find a worthy new voice in Clenott. His best invention may be Molly O’Dwyer, a genuinely likeable heroine who more than holds her own in a man’s world. An ambitious scientist, she is also an observant Catholic whose heart and mind don’t always agree. Given such an auspicious start, the sequel can't come too soon."

While the book isn't available until April, you can find it on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Kunati Books and other googleable sites. You won't be disappointed.

To get a good sense of how exciting the novel is check out the heartpounding trailer for the book at http://www.kunati.books/hunting-the-king-peter-clenott/. Or you can view it on YouTube or my web site at www.peterclenott.com. Let me know what you think. Thanks.
