Hi Shayla - How are yah? I believe in reading a variety of books, because I tend to get bored reading the same kind all the time. I barely remember what the Upper room was about, its been such a long time, but I do recall the main character being somewhat batty. lol

Pulmonary folks are usually pretty cool. Just watch out for the cardiac specialists who will look down their noses at pulmonary people. If they do, ask this question:-

What are the 2 most important organs in the chest?

The left lung and the right lung.

    They love that :-)

Death Du Jour was an average Reichs book - some of her others were much better.

Starting a new computer can be a real pain! Hopefully it's something that you don't have to do too many times.

How's the new job going then?

I've heard good things about Heartsick, think it's still on my wish list somewhere.

Happy 2009! How's it going so far?

I've just finished Death du Jour by Kathy Reichs, Hold Tight by Harlan Coben and The Innocent also by Coben.

Currently reading An Innocent Client by Scott Pratt.

    How are things with you?

When we forgive, it opens us up to God's forgiveness (Matthew 6:15), it puts us in a receiving position when we pray (Mark 11:24, 25), it helps us become spiritually fruitful (John 15:10, 12, 5)

Dear Shayla: I, too, am an author. I just had my debut published in April: HUNTING THE KING. How are you doing with HYPNOTIC? I never realized how much promotion I would have to do and how much work it would take to get ten dollars in royalties.
