Our next book is "The Higher Power of Lucky" by Susan Patron. It was the 2007 Newbery Medal Winner. You need to have it finished by Februrary 11th. How was "Go Ask Alice"? The discussion page is up and ready to comment on! How many of you joined the LIVE CHAT? Did you enjoy it more than our regular system? P.S. I started a book called "Flipped" which has a baby chick on the cover. The author has an interesting writing style using point of view. He goes into the kids minds and recalls the same event, but with different P.O.V.
