I am an Emirati by birth, however I maintain a global outlook as a child of the universe. When I am not contemplating, I am pontificating! Sometimes I get lost in my own world, get disconnected but usually I like to be surrounded by my close friends and loved ones. People say I am social, I dont know about that! I know that I am socially challenged in the media sense :s The fact that we're constantly barraged by info from all directions sometimes makes me want to crawl into my cocoon, it's much, just too much sometimes! I am sarcastic at best and cynical at worst! I try to balance that with a purposeful positive attitude.
I am still in search of true meaning and I look for avenues to give back. I enjoy solving complex problems by appraising them from a fresh vantage point, I love to spend time pondering on issues and one of my favourite 'past-times' is to engage in discussions that involve critical thinking...I wish I can make a career out of that!
I carry within me a keen interest in developing my nation, the UAE, and work to dispel stereotypes. I have a passion for acquiring knowledge and opportunities to grow my spirit.
Thus I devour books and find in them parts of myself.
