Sapna Anu B George a resident freelancer journalist from Oman. The primary focus within her professional arena has been journalism and poetry creation. Given the technological advancement to reach out across the Globe via the internet, Sapna’s passion to blog has witnessed related articles on poetry, Photography and Indian Culinary. The recipes posted showcase innovative methods and has been well accepted among the Indian Diaspora living the Middle Eastern Regions. Her talent in evolving cuisines, Poetry can be traced back to her roots, wherein parents were exceptional in evolving culinary and scrap book articles. Sapna is no stranger amongst the Indian Diaspora of Qatar, as she spent over 15 years in Doha before moving on to Oman-Muscat. She has also published “Swapnangal” a collection of poem in Malayalam. She was recently bestowed an award by the Trichur Malayalam Literary Society for the best feature in a Competition held for Freelancers and Journalist.On the broad subject of “Women and their working Environment” Sapna’s Feature highlighted the lifestyle of the ‘Bar Dancers in the Middle East’ which obtain her to receive an award of a plaque and a cash prize of Rupees Five Thousand and One. The Clarity and accuracy of the article goes to show Sapna’s in-depth study in understanding the Environmental and Circumstantial issues of women working in different fields- Jury Commented. The article was published in the ‘Kanyaka’ (A Mangalam Group Publication) which is widely read amongst the people of Kerala across the Globe.
