Hi, Rail. I just wanted to stop by to welcome you to the Canada group. It's not a terribly active group, but it tends to comes in spurts. There is a Welcome and Introductions thread if you'd like to introduce yourself there. We also have a review thread if you read anything by a Canadian author. Of course, feel free to contribute to the other threads as well! Enjoy! :-)

The Updates Group is not a discussion group and only Shelfari staff are allowed to post to it. It's purpose is for Shelfari to make announcements to the membership.
I have deleted your post from the Librarians and Editors Group. Please delete your self-promotion posts from the Discussions & Questions group as well - http://www.shelfari.com/groups/10000/discussions/483153/FREE-for-the-next-5-days-at-Amazon-Everything-all-I-declare-free?showall=true#12251147 and http://www.shelfari.com/groups/10000/discussions/483154/FREE-for-the-next-5-days-at-Amazon-Everything-all-I-declare-free?showall=true#12251148
Self promotion is not relevant to these groups and such posts are generally unwelcome on any Shelfari group.
1) Always read the purpose statement of a group prior to posting to that group. If the group has language in the purpose, a thread dedicated to self-promotion, or general threads that appear to welcome such posts, you can feel more comfortable adding them there.
2) It is best, though, to always ask the administrators of a group for permission to post self-promotion.
from across the pond in England. I hope you are well.
I notice how much you enjoyed the Hunger Games. I have to agree with you - it's a fantastic book!
I’m searching for someone like you who appreciates the more original and interesting fiction that might be interested in trying out my novel trilogy "The DEAD LOOP". It is a unique psychological thriller mystery about a man that dies every single day but has no idea why.
My first Shelfari readers have said: “Best thing I’ve read since 'hunger games'. This trilogy addresses the psychological question of whether things are really real and happening or merely imagined. Terrifying and held my attention all the way through.”
“One of the most unique and original story plots that I have read in quite a long time... there is just something about the idea and the writing combined that from the very first few pages grabs you by the hand and tugs you along to see what comes next and fires your imagination to begin trying to figure out why it is happening.”
Part 1 on Kindle is only $1.25. It is also available on most formats such as Nook, Kobo and Apple.
If it intrigues you at all and want to check it out, I would very much appreciate any feedback.
Very best wishes,
Complete Trilogy edition (if you’re feeling bold!)
