I'm currently an elementary school teacher in the northern part of Utah. I was born and raised in Illinois and the midwest will forever be my home. Got to say I miss all the green and the storms!

I absolutely love to read and it's a rare thing to catch me without a good book nearby. I will read almost anything, but my favorite genres are mystery/thrillers, personal narratives related to the Holocaust and other interesting periods in world and american history, classics, adventures, anything on the Salem Witch Trials, etc. I have to admit I'm not big on plays or poetry as much as I was when I was younger.

My current goal is to read 50 books this year. « less
