I don't know what I like most - reading books or reading about books. Sometimes I spend more time finding more books to read than I spend reading the books I have!

I travel a lot for my job (and for pleasure) and find myself with time in a hotel room or airport to read while it seems that others watch TV. In fact, I rarely turn the TV on at all. Would so rather curl up with a book than listen to the entertainment news and reality shows on the tube.

I love all types of books and have been unable to define a "favorite". I like to jump back and forth among mysteries, funny and light books, classics, and historic mysteries. The only area I don't read much is Romance.

I enjoy everyone's shelves and am impressed how large they are. I have listed a conglomerate of books - those I remember that I have read, as well as those that I have read since I started with Shelfari in 2007.
