I'm a past president of the Chicago-North Chapter of Romance Writers of America and served on the Board there in many other capacities. I was born and raised in Chicago, and enjoy including my birthplace when it will fit into a novel. For almost 39 years I worked as an administrative assistant at a Chicago Loop law firm, and applied some of the knowledged gained there in my romantic suspense, KILLER CAREER.
