Thanks for the quick reply and no, unfortunately I haven't got around to reading The Stand, I attempted The Green Mile, but never finished and The Blade Itself was highly recommended to me also, but just wasn't sure I'd like it. You're welcome to ask me about any other books I've read on my shelf that interest you, I'll let you know if it's worth it or not.
The October topic in the Dent in our Shelves group is to pick a book from someone's shelf to read and I'm interested in getting some recommendations from you since we share some of the same books--I've read The Vampire Armand, all of the Outlander series and always enjoy a good Stephen King novel. I was thinking of trying to read The Blade Itself trilogy, but wanted to know how you liked it and if it was worth a read, thanks for any help you send my way.
To Berlin? No-sadly. I do not even have a passport-I do get to hear about Berlin quite a lot and "someday" I will get to go there I hope. My friend did come here to visit our family once though my area does not compare to hers. I did get to take her to Houston which was nice we have some good museums there.
