How sad is this? I can't remember telling Crystal about such book. Maybe it was JoEllen?

The Diving Bell and The Butterfly! Oh, Maggie! What an incredible read! I read it when it first came out. I read a review of it in some magazine and it really piqued my interest. I read it in one sitting. The thing I remember most is how silent my spirit was while I read it, almost with baited breath, you know? I wanted so badly for things to reverse for him, for some miracle to occur. It was like reading beauty or emotion in the pages of a book.

I would be delighted to! Thanks for thinking of me.

I'd also be happy to follow up with a phone visit to a book club reading Finn, or a guest bit at your blog, or whatever else helps this good cause. You can reach me further at jonclinchATgmail.com.

Thanks, Maggie. Your husband has good taste! I think True Grit should be taught in schools. I think people discount it just because it was made into a successful John Wayne movie. BTW, I am also a librarian!

I hope you will take the time to view my YouTube book trailer at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q-t0K34iU6g. I am doing some research about potential characters to play the lead role in the upcoming movie. Hope you can help me out. As Ralph Eggleston Director/Production Designer of Pixar Animation Studios said,
"I LOVED the book! It's a missing, ENDLESSLY fascinating link to the history of Hollywood. Thank you for researching and writing it!! I hope it's been widely well received, as it deserves to be." Best wishes. Gaelyn
