more »For starters, I obviously love to read. I don't get as much time for it as I'd like -- isn't that true for most people? When we bought our new house, my husband promised me a library. The room's set aside, and all we have to do is redo the flooring, build the shelves, furnish the room, then remove all my books from moving box exile and put them onto the shelves.
In other words, the finished product is probably years away. At least the walls are painted.
I'm a pre-published author of romantic comedy and romantic women's fiction. With my current self-imposed deadline, I'll be submitting my first manuscript this summer. Wish me luck!
Beyond those things, my family is a hiking one. We love to hit state or national parks and explore their trails. And I'm usually carrying a camera -- when you count reading and writing, photography is my third great love.
Not counting my husband or children, of course.
