My thought and imagination over the past fifteen years have been stretched and shaped by such authors as Madeleine L'Engle, Eugene Peterson, Henri Nouwen, Chaim Potok, Denise Levertov, James Houston, Frederick Buechner, C.S. Lewis, N.T. Wright, Walter Brueggemann, and Wendell Berry.
