“Definitely not as good as "Snow Flower and The Secret Fan" That was one of my favorites. But all in all still a great read. I'm not real big on "love stories" lol just not my cup of tea so at first I wasn't sure I would enjoy it. But I really did. I think she did a great job explaining the culture and traditions of this time in China. Great historical Fiction. ”
