Hello everybody,

Well here a little introduction of me. My passion for books started at the age of 14.
First the simple romance books and the Candelight Historical serie. But at the age of 18 I started a real passion for mostly the historical books, all in the Dutch language.
But the Dutch books are not what it should have...more »

I am reading some Kresley Cole....the If You Dare, If You Desire, If You Deceive trilogy. (I think those are the right titles!!!) Taking a paranormal break again and reading some fluff. :) But sometimes fluff is good.

    Have a wonderful day!

I'm insanely jealous you have two weeks of no work coming up! I get a long weekend in a few weeks - I took two days off work for my birthday. Not quite the same as two weeks.... :)

    Reading anything interesting now?

Didn't I tell you it was great??? I can't believe there are some people who are saying it isn't as good as the other ones. She left like a 100 different story lines open. And, yes, I definitely wanted to go straight to the next book. ....sigh..... Oh, well. This will give me time to reread them all again before the new one comes out!

I am doing well. How are you?

    Have a great day!

My week was busy also, so I feel your pain. No birthdays but a family reunion last weekend and a wedding this coming weekend. And my husband's little sister is learning to drive and I volunteered to help teach her. Not sure what I was thinking with that one!

Don't worry, it's worth the wait! Have a great week!

Let me know what you think about Damien. I couldn't finish Elijah and I need to know if it is worth trying again so I can keep up with the series or just let it go and move on.

    Happy reading!

Eve Silver - Dark Prince and Kathryn Smith - Taken by the Night

Have you read either? I'm getting ready to start Dockside by Susan Wiggs....part of a really good contemporary series, but then I'm hitting the paranormals again!

It's good. He writes police drama/mysteries. He has a whole series with the same group of cops and detectives. I think I keep reading them out of habit more than anything else. :) I do have a Kathryn Smith and an Eve Silver waiting for me.

You are going to love Lover Enshrined! Have a great day!

Vampires, Witches & Were’s all that
would like to invite you to participate in the ABC contest starting on July 1, 2008.
I will post a thread that has the letters of the ABC's list, then start your own thread for example mine would be Sherry's ABC's and list the books that you read with those letters has the first letter in any title of book, it doesn't have to be in the genre either. Each person will be responsible for sending me their points via the group email at vampireswitchesweresallthat@yahoo.com. For every book you read during the time period (until the next letters are posted) you will receive 10 points in the email you must list the title, author, and pages so that if there is tie, we will use page count to break the tie. Everyone is eligible to win, even admin's as a third party will be keeping track of the points for me...so post the books you read...I will post the first letters on July 1.

    As always happy reading..
Show me the books he loves and I shall know the man
far better than through mortal friends.

Hello! Did you read Midnight Rising? It was ok, but still not a favorite. I just finished The Winter Lodge by Susan Wiggs - a very good family/contemporary book. It is book 2 in a series of 4. It is the kind of book where all the families and people interconnect and the further you get in the series, the more you learn about them. Good stuff! I am currently reading The Accidental Vampire by Lynsay Sands. Have you read any of her Argeneau Vampire books? This is the last one and I'm glad. The series seems to be getting stale to me, but I can't leave it unfinished when I've already read 6 or 7 books. Ugh. And I still don't have the new J.R. Ward.

How are things over there? :)
