I enjoy reading and am usually reading at least two books at a time. My newest book "Me Finally" is due out very soon. This is about my life of living without joy and how I turned that around for myself through therapy and self reflection and acceptance.

I'm an ordinary woman with extraoridnary life challenges that have plagued me since childhood. I escape my reading and later found I healed by writing.
