I am a sometime writer - my latest book is a Zeitgeist Press reissue of The Laziest Secretary In The World, with illustrations by Beppi. Before that was Good Advice for Young Trendy People of all Ages (Manic D Press), which I wrote part of and edited with the help of Alvin Orloff, author of I Married an Earthling and Gutter Boys. My other books are Modern English: A Photo-Illustrated Trendy Slang Dictionary, White Trash Debutante, and The Laziest Secretary In The World. Right now I'm reading a lot preparing to work on a memoir, and working with audio engineer and brainiac David Hornbuckle on The 86'd Project, which l consists of interviews and stories of those who have been kicked out on their ass or done the kicking out. Currently we had a site at Blowdryer86.podbean.com, and I also have a Blowdryermedia group at Dublit.com.
I'm always looking for new stories if anybody has one! I'd like to focus on Air Rage incidents now.
I wrote a restaurant column for New York Press for a couple of years, many of these are on NYPress.com. Last time I went to their office, though, I was not permitted entry - not sure why. I think these expats that used to write for them were scamming meals for free and claiming to do reviews, maybe, and they confused me with that. Beware of male expats, especially when they've been in parts of the world that are conducive to gettin' over!
