    I haven't had a chance to check it out, but it looks pretty cool - you pay for shipping books to other people, but that's it. You earn credits for every book you give away, and you can get books from other people with your earned credits.

    A slightly different option is http://www.bookcrossing.com/ (releasing books into the wild, and tracking their migration via an ID).
