Well, it all started from Harry Potter. I was never a good reader and I couldn’t comprehend watching people read for hours and hours. My cousin is a Harry Potter fanatic and every time I pay him a visit I used to see him holding Harry Potter book in his hand. I thought him to be crazy and one day I was pissed at him for not talking to me when I was at his house to spend few weeks of summer. He asked me to read it once and said if I didn’t like it he will not bother me again with reading. I thought that’s not a big deal and decided to give it a shot and the rest is history. I fell in love with Harry Potter series and to be precise I fell in love with reading.

I guess I’m one of the oldest members of Shelfari. I joined this site in the year of 2007 and since then I deleted my account twice for some silly reason. I met few good friends on here and I looked up to them as my real friends but this is life so I also lost few of my good friends here. Sometimes I wish I had never joined Shelfari because it pains to see my friends list (No offense to my friends on the list).

I’m way too emotional (That’s what they say). I think my only problem is that I put my trust and expects a lot from others. I’ve learnt not to do that again. I hate liars and I hate hypocrites. I respect honesty. If a person has to lie to me for not hurting me, I’d rather prefer the truth. I have a unique way of belittling myself and people have taken advantage of it. So yeah, I’m not gonna let that happen again!

I graduated with the degree of Bachelors in Business Administration in the year 2007. I worked as a salesman in a software company which designs software for Financial Accounting. To be honest I didn’t like the job and I didn’t perform well and left the job in 4 months! Later on I went into IT. I worked as Technical Support Agent for EarthLink where I had to support our US customers on phone. I worked in a graveyard shift and I loved it! I worked there for a year and got laid off due to recession. I got lucky in a month and got an offer from IBM. I received my offer letter but I didn’t join IBM and came all the way to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. I’m working as Business Development Coordinator for Al-Rashid Group. We are into Real Estate, Construction, Telecommunications, Investments, Branded Hotels and Residential Compounds. I love my job.

Though I’ve read 100 books these are few I like reading everytime.
Harry Potter Series, Bartimaeus trilogy, The Inheritance Series, Twilight Series, Percy Jackson Series, The Godfather, Bourne Series, Kite Runner, Kane Abel, The Prisoner of Birth, The Name of the Wind, The Da Vinci Code, The Lost Symbol, etc.
