I always love hearing from fellow Canadians, there never seems to be enough! Surprisingly, there hasn't been any snow in London yet this year, (its 10 degrees !) I can just imagine the pummeling we're going to get once those lakes freeze *shudder*
I've never been to Thunder Bay myself but I hear its beautiful, I would love to go camping up there one summer.

Hi Gigi. I was reading your comments about Storm Front. Seems we read similar books, plus we are both teachers. (K-12 Art) Do you mind if I "follow" you? Gosh that sounds like I'm being a stalker, I wish they'd go back to "friend".

Hi, Gigi. I visited with the intention of sending you a friend request...........I am to assume we can no longer do that? I see where I can 'follow' you. Is that the new equivilant of friendship?

Hi Gigi, it's been awhile since I talked to you. It was back during the spring tornado outbreak. Hope your weather finally straightened up. Last week was the first time we've had a week-long run of dry weather, sunshine, blue skies. My husband never worked at all during June because it was too wet to farm. They were lucky they got all the planting done before the monsoons hit. We still don't have any water because of our flash flood, it'll be three weeks Friday. I'm going craaaaaaaaaazzzzzzzzzzzyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh, and I can't get into my emails. I can get Hotmail to open, but it won't load messages or any other thing. It's like it's froze up or something. It's so frustrating. I don't know what's going on. I guess I'm going to have to get a different email account. What a bother.

So, yeah, I'll send you a picture of the greenhouse once we get it up. It's nothing fancy, but my husband is trying to get me interested in something besides reading. I brought him home a greenhouse book from the library. Now he says I have to read it. (He's not a reader.) LOL.

So what IS your weather like right now? Our summers would be absolutely unlivable without air conditioning. I keep telling my husband I want to move to Canada. He says the long winters would kill me, and he's probably right.

    Have a great day!
