I rarely buy anything new (which is shameful, considering that I'm a writer who should support my fellow scribblers). An afternoon in the book stacks at Goodwill or Half-Price Books is my idea of heaven, and a twice-yearly trek to the Friends of the Library Book Sale is a must. I'm a non-fiction fan for the most part..little fiction crosses my path, save children's books. I love a well-written memoir.
