We first met this incredible talent with her debut collection of strong and moving verse, Stand and Be Counted. Focusing on themes of love, race, religion, inspiration and society, Elissa Gabrielle has put together a collection of inspirational poetry geared toward positive change that is both moving and entertaining. Through insightful visions and strong declarations, Gabrielle instills confidence in readers as she illuminates the path to a more self-rewarding and gratifying life.
Utilizing the resurgence of her desire to write and "a God given talent that wouldn't go away,” Elissa Gabrielle was inspired to pen Peace In The Storm, which has testimonials from some of the entertainment industry's finest. Peace In The Storm came to Gabrielle while reflecting real life experiences, both her own and from the lives of others.
In 2007, Elissa released her third book, a tantalizing debut novel, Good to the Last Drop which has received rave reviews from some of the literary industry’s finest like Diane Dorce’, CA Webb, Books2Mention Magazine, Disilgold Soul Magazine, George Cook, and Claudia Brown Mosley.
Dubbed the “Queen of Hip Hop Romance” by DisilgoldSoul Magazine, Elissa has graced the cover of Conversations Magazine, Big Time Publishing Magazine, and Disilgold Soul Magazine as well as interviews with Black Expression, Blagazine and authors, Dwan Abrams and Keith Lee Johnson.
Elissa just inked a deal with literary powerhouse, Jessica Tilles and A Whisper to a Scream will be released by Xpress Yourself Publishing in the Fall of 2007. Elissa also has a sensual short story in Erogenous Zone to be released in August 2007, along with a delicious tale in Seduction to be released in Spring 2007.
The Triumph of My Soul is a Christian/Inspirational anthology that will be available Christmas 2007 from Elissa Gabrielle’s publishing company.

Gabrielle is a graduate of the Connecticut School of Broadcasting and also holds degrees in Communications.
