And reading used to be my life, until school stepped in, but then again, what can you do? Anyways, I truly enjoy reading! That is, if I find the right book. I'm pretty picky. I guess I never grew out of that 5 year old stage of life. ...Moving on...I'm not really big into profile statements, though, that sounds very... more »

Wow you are totally right. That was really interesing. And no I am not mentally unstable. (Just thought you might want to know. :D) And I did believe you were going to rant but you squashed my theory. I couldn't help but notice that where you live is your own little crazy world. Might I suggest possible new residences for yourself?

    Anywhere in Middle Earth
    Narnia
Hogwarts (I believe mine currently is the Defense Against the Dark Arts classroom.)

All very great places to live. And you're right. I will def check out that book you told me to. ;D See you later buddy! :D

    Hi CrazyBlonde,

I just joined your group, Fantasy and Sci-fi fanatics, and read on the group's prompt: "I have found myself, more often than not, searching for a really good fantasy or sci-fi book, but to no avail." Well, this may not be the very best and greatest you've ever read, but who knows, so I'll take a chance here and recommend to you my recently self-published title, DRAGONS: The Essential Ties. I went ahead and put it in the group's shelf. I hope you check it out and, just like its readers so far, find it to be one of the best dragons books ever (if not the best).

Another book? Do you know how many books I have to read? Oh, well. In the words of Patrick Star: I'll get to it eventually. Sorry... That was a really nerdy Spongebob reference. My bad. And thanks. ;D I enjoy it too. ;D

I love the bunny. Our garden is already dominated by a wild rabbit who cam and conquered. He's stayed (mostly sleeping under the barbecue) for two years now. I might take that to put on my blog next time I do a Bunny Boy update. :-)

    Hi :) Thanks for invitation.
Do you remember me? We were talking more than a year ago.
I must admit that the Twilight Saga now is extremely popular in my country, I even noticed teenagers reading it during breaks at school.

    Regards :)

Holy cow, I've never had such a long note. It took up the whole page! But I don't mind, because we can bash Twilight and such, haha.

And before I begin, yes, I'm about to begin my fourth official summer job. Moving out next weekend in order to begin it the following weekend after that. Yah.

    But back to Twlight...

Yes, I thought Edward was an idiot for having unprotected sex with Bella. Water does help semen, it serves as a lube, so that plus the venom... Edward is over 100 years old, he should have been smarter. Frankly, I'm surprised Carlisle didn't reprimand him, as a fatherly figure... But Carlisle would never do that.

I hated her entire pregnancy, too. What a waste of ink and paper. I agree on the Edwardian Section... the first time, I was horrified, the second time, I laughed. Laughed.

I guess I never figured out what her power was... sharing memories? It didn't make any sense to me, although Bella's did, that she was able to drop her mental shield once she turned. I hated Renesmee's accelerated growth. It made no sense, even with Steph's explanation on her website.

I agree, I wanted to kill Jacob, too. First in New Moon, now indefinitely after Breaking Dawn. Bella was married AND pregnant, yet he still kept pushing himself on her. I loved Jacob until New Moon, upon which I became pretty much a Jacob hater.

I don't think I even officially finished reading Breaking Dawn. I just hated it too much. I even did that with Eclipse. I just got bored and zoned out, like you said.

I agree with you completely on "Catch That Kid". I actually had to go back and see that she WAS Maddie, because I didn't believe I could have ever liked her. It's like she lost her ability to speak upon turning 17 or something.

The rest of my rant is in that old note to you. So I guess I don't have a lot else to say, so I'm gonna go watch some "House, M.D." marathon, yahoo!!! :)

    Hey!

I'm SO sorry for not responding to this sooner... I basically forgot about Shelfari for a long time and haven't checked it since March. But I see you replied, so here goes!

I agree, Breaking Dawn was pathetic. In fact, I hate the whole series now. I read Twilight sometimes if I'm bored, but I REFUSE to read the other three, ESPECIALLY Breaking Dawn, which I tried to re-read once I got over the shock of the wedding, Bella getting pregnant, and all the other CRAP that happened. I agree, it was totally pathetic, especially Bella and Jacob and Edward and Rosalie. And Carlisle and Esme and Jasper and Alice practically didn't exist, that I remember. Rosalie HATED Bella from the beginning, so how the HECK did she become Bella's best friend? And disowning Jacob because he couldn't help imprinting on Renesmee to get over Bella? NO AND NO! I hate her name. I hate her. I hate her growing and talking by the age of 2. I hate her completely. GAH! I don't even remember the Volturi scene, honestly. I blocked out most of the book.

The movie was AWFUL! I wish I still had my list of what was wrong with it... because everything was! Where do I begin? First of all, Kristin is a terrible actress, one of the worst I've ever seen. Physically, she is Bella, but she cannot start a sentence without an "um" and blinking and cannot end it without stammering ("Wh- what? What... uh, what are you saying? Like- wh- like what are you even saying? I don't- don't...i don't even know what you're saying." Neither do we, Kristen." Need I say more?)

MAN, do I wish I had that old list of 32 things INCREDIBLY wrong and only about 17 right things... but alas, I don't anymore. Sorry. But I think I might have said a good part of it in my previous note...

I dunno, I just hate Twilight so much, I don't even like talking about it anymore. It's a blemish to literature and a black mark on peoples' imaginations these days. Sorry.

I am done with college classes for the year, except for three finals next week. Then next weekend, I'm moving away for the summer for a job, so I won't have frequent internet or computer access. Sorry. Other than school and upcoming job, I really don't have a lot going on in my life. Meh. :/

I'm trying to have as "boring" a life as possible.
That takes a LOT of work to accomplish.
    So far, so good.
Both my husband and I still have jobs even though the income is greatly reduced.
Our daughter is almost out of high school (just 7 I.B. tests to go).
Our son is on track with college and the court has forced his ex to give him regular visits to his son.
(If she hadn't pushed it, she would've been receiving her normal for child support but the court only asks that he pays less than 1/2 that.)
